Gather & Restore: Herbs for your Nervous System
Join us for an herbal workshop exploring how herbs can support heart health and overall wellness featuring the heart-centered herbs, Hawthorn and Rose.
During this workshop you will learn how to craft simple but time-honored herbal preparations, including a Happy Heart tea blend, a Rose Petal infused honey, a Hawthorn Berry oxymel, and a whole plant Hawthorn tincture.
Participants will: (1) get hands-on knowledge of herbal techniques to easily recreate at home, (2) gain confidence in integrating herbal traditions into family wellness routines, and (3) leave with two herbal products that they prepare during the workshop to begin building a home herbal apothecary (infused-honey and tincture)
Workshop led by the home herbalist, Deb Woods Murphy. Deb began her herbal journey with self study to provide her young children with natural remeies. She has since formally finished The Art and Science of Herbalism program and most recently completed an apprenticeship on Bioregional Herbalism.
All materials are included in the registration cost.
